Player scratches top-prize win on $5 instant ticket
A Prince George’s County resident just picked up the fifth top prize in the $500 Loaded scratch-off game!
The 68-year-old Maryland Lottery player purchased the lucky instant ticket at 7-Eleven #11716 in Adelphi. The Hyattsville man scratched off his numbers on the $5 game and matched the number 19 in his play area to a winning number 19, which resulted in the $50,000 prize.
For its role in selling the top-prize winning scratch-off, 7-Eleven #11716 located 9151 Riggs Road in Prince George’s County earned a $500 bonus from the Lottery.
The $500 Loaded game hit retailers’ shelves in May 2021. Three $50,000 top prizes remain unclaimed as well as more than 125,000 prizes ranging from $5 to $1,000.
