Additional Rules
You must be 18 years of age to buy or cash CASH POP Tickets (“Ticket” or “Tickets”). By purchasing a CASH POP Ticket, the player agrees that all Lottery laws, statutes, regulations, policies, procedures, decisions, and rules, and all other applicable laws, as amended from time to time, govern all aspects of the Ticket, game, playslip, claiming, prizes, and payments.
You can play up to ten CASH POP games (draws) on each playslip. All POPS selected will appear on a Ticket and be assigned a prize directly under the POP. A Ticket is valid for only one draw and all POPS selected will appear on the Ticket. Multiple Tickets will be issued if multiple draws are selected. Each Ticket will include POPS selected.
This playslip is neither a valid receipt, nor proof of purchase. The Lottery is responsible only for numbers actually played via the Lottery terminal. Neither the Lottery, nor Lottery retailers, will be responsible for printing errors. The Lottery is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets or winning numbers displayed in error. Tickets that are mutilated, altered or irregular in any manner, or otherwise fail to meet validation or security requirements, are void. Lottery’s liability for void or nonconforming Tickets, if any, is limited to replacement of the Ticket.
Tickets are bearer instruments. For your protection, sign the back of your Ticket. Prizes must be claimed within 182 days from the date of the draw. Tickets may not be cancelled.
