Powerball Xs & Os is a national multi-state jackpot game that started on September 8, 2026. Powerball® and the National Football League (NFL)® joined forces to offer this fun new take on classic jackpot games where players pick team logos and try to match the team logos drawn.
The game costs $5 per play and drawings are held every Sunday night. Tickets are sold in 26 states and Washington, D.C.
The jackpot starts at $1,000,000* and keeps building until a lucky player matches all 8 of the team logos selected to the 8 team logos randomly selected in the drawing.
* After a jackpot-winning Powerball Xs & Os ticket is sold, the starting jackpot amount for the next drawing will be determined by game sales and interest rates and will be announced prior to the drawing. There is no minimum jackpot increase for each roll.
