$10,000-Winning Mega Millions Tickets Sold in Grantsville, Lanham

Jackpot rolls to estimated annuity of $368 million

The Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots continue to soar, both rolling again this week while creating lots of big winners around the country. The Maryland Lottery is looking for two players who bought $10,000-winning Mega Millions tickets in the Tuesday night drawing at retailers in Grantsville and Lanham.

The winning Mega Millions numbers in the June 27 drawing were 8, 34, 35, 41 and 52; the Mega Ball was 12 and the Megaplier was 4.

The lucky winner in Garrett County purchased a ticket at the Grantsville Exxon, which is located at 26 South Yoder Street in Grantsville. The Prince George’s County winning ticket was sold by Eastgate Liquors at 10505 Greenbelt Road in Lanham.

With no top-prize winners on Tuesday, the Mega Millions jackpot grew to an estimated annuity of $368 million for the Friday, June 30 drawing, with an estimated cash value of $193.4 million.

Tonight, Powerball takes center stage for its drawing. The jackpot has bounced to an estimated annuity of $462 million with an estimated cash value of $242 million.

The Lottery urges all winners to sign the back of their tickets immediately and put them in a safe place until they can claim their prize. Winners get 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim prizes. Instructions on claiming prizes in person or by mail are available HERE. Players must redeem prizes larger than $25,000 by mail or at Lottery headquarters in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330 in Baltimore.
