$117,175 Winning Big Money Doubler Ticket Sold in Charlotte Hall

FAST PLAY game still has 12 progressive jackpots remaining in $5 game

A Lottery player in Southern Maryland took home some big money this morning. A winning $117,175 FAST PLAY Big Money Doubler progressive jackpot ticket was sold in Charlotte Hall.

This is the third jackpot-winning ticket sold in the $5 game since it began on Jan. 2, 2023. The winner bought the FAST PLAY ticket on Aug. 15 at Wawa #588-E located at 30320 Three Notch Road in St. Mary’s County.

Lottery officials encourage the winner to sign the back of the ticket immediately and put it in a safe location. Winners have 182 days from the date of their win to claim their prize.

Players must redeem prizes larger than $25,000 by mail or at Lottery headquarters in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330 in Baltimore. The FAST PLAY Big Money Doubler game has a progressive jackpot that starts at $40,000 and increases with the sale of each ticket until a winning ticket is purchased. There are 12 progressive jackpots remaining in the game along with prizes ranging from $10 to $5,000. Wawa receives a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning FAST PLAY top-prize ticket.
